CONGRATULATIONS and welcome to your newest chapter in life. I'm so thankful that you are considering me to be the one to capture this special moment in your life. I want to assure you that you’re in the best hands and we will do everything possible to make your newborn session dreams come true. So let me explain a little bit about the process from start to finish.

After you receive this brochure and want to proceed, I will be reaching out to you to discuss your dream session. Our studio is fully stocked with wooden props, buckets, headbands, outfits, gowns, bodysuits, and so much more! You are not required to bring anything to your session, however, if you’d like to bring anything to include in your session, we can discuss it during your booking consultation. You can choose between a baby only session or to include family. We will discuss this to see which choice best fits your need.

You may be asking "how do I schedule my newborn session if I don’t know when exactly my baby will be born" well, when you book you are now protected by our guaranteed availability policy. This means that even if baby arrives early or later than anticipated you are still guaranteed to have your session in the recommended time frame. If baby is already here, I do occasionally have last minute availability! There are no worries, I have photographed babies up until 3 weeks, with success. Although I will say, older babies sometimes may be harder to pose as opposed to a newborn, but it is possible. The best time to book your newborn session is when you’re still pregnant. This ensures you can take advantage of our guaranteed availability policy. Newborn sessions typically occur between 5-14 days old but can still take place the first several weeks of baby’s life. If baby is fussy during the session I will try to do my best to calm them. I promise I work on the baby’s time. It is very important to me to follow the baby’s lead during the session and not to force anything. Don’t worry I will send over my newborn prep guide to help the session go more smoothly.
